Country Blend $10/full loaf; $6.50/half loaf:

The Country Blend sourdough is our original formula. For years, this bread has been our go-to for toast, sandwiches, French Toast and pretty much anything else bread is good for. 70/30 blend of white flours, and freshly milled whole wheat flours. Pleasant nutty flavor from Durum wheat, and a subtle sour tang.

Stulsaft Cheddar & Herb $12/full loaf; $7.50/half loaf:

Sharp cheddar cheese and aromatic thyme are the stars of this bread!! The creamy, funky, and tangy cheddar pairs perfectly with the savory and earthy punch of the thyme. This bread will go great on a cheese/charcuterie board, toasted with a bit of butter, or as the foundation for a crispy, browned grilled cheese sandwich!

Redwood Creek Cranberry Loaf $12/full loaf

Back by popular demand, our cranberry loaf packs a sweet, and tangy punch from loads of dried cranberries. This formula includes a small amount of whole wheat flours to provide a balance of flavor and backbone to let the cranberry flavors shine through. There are many ways to enjoy this bread, but we happen to think a sandwich with freshly roasted turkey sends it right over the top!

Wildcat English Muffins $8/6 muffins:

These English Muffins are the quintessential breakfast bread. Ready to be slathered with butter, jam, or honey, or to serve as the base for egg sandwiches, eggs benedict, etc. We recommend that you fork split these muffins to get those great nooks and crannies that toast up just right, and hold onto all your tasty toppings! If these are going to last more than a day, we find that they keep freshest tightly wrapped up in a plastic bag.
